The Girl Done Good is a feature-length 2008 documentary about the life and career, up to that point, of singer Amy Winehouse. It features contributions from various people around her, including her father Mitch Winehouse, as well as music journalists, friends, and fellow musicians, and uses archive footage of some of her live performances.
This documentary appears to have been released straight to DVD rather than produced for television, receiving good reviews by consumers on several retail websites including Amazon. At the time of filming Amy Winehouse was relatively healthy. She died a few years later of course. For a posthumous biography consider watching the Academy Award-winning documentary Amy (2015), also worth a watch is Amy Winehouse: In Her Own Words (2015).
