To investigate the seriousness of the situation British journalist Clive Myrie travels to the coastal city of Acapulco, a notorious city known for being particularly violent with gangs fighting for control of the drug trade in the area. In the film, he follows a paramedic and a body collector and meets with a senior member of a powerful drug gang.
