The third documentary in the series 2057 presented by Michio Kaku. The previous episode looked into how cities may work in the future, in this episode we look at how the world is going to work as a whole which is a much more complex task. In the next 50 years we as a species will need to work to create a new world order which will make the humans work as a collective and allow us to become a true level one on the Kardashev scale. This is a simple scale devised by the Russian astrophysicist Nikolai Kardashev who said that speicies should be ranked on a scale of 1 to 5 based on how much energy they have as their disposal.
Humans posses nuclear energy yet we are only ranked at 0.73 on the scale so we have a long way to go.
