One year after her first visit to Iraq BBC3 journalist Stacey Dooley returns seeking justice for young women whose lives have been changed forever by the terror group in Stacey Dooley Investigates: Face to Face with Isis.
Upon arriving, in Iraq Stacey meets with 23-year-old Shireen who was held captive and used as a sex slave for over 2 years in Mosel. We find out how she managed to escape from one of the terror groups most prolific executioners.
As well as meeting with some of the victims of Isis, Dooley also comes face to face with a suspected Islamic State member while he is interrogated. All this is filmed on a background of utter destruction; while Isis has been driven out of its main strongholds there are still pockets of resistance meaning Stacey has to be accompanied by a military escort all the time.
