Buried: Knights Templar and the Holy Grail, a new 2018 history documentary film hosted by Mikey Kay and Garth Baldwin which opens an investigation into the true fate of the Knights Templar to see if the order really fell in 1307 or if they continued on in secret.
The documentary is split into four Episodes which gather vital evidence for the hypothesis presented:
Episode 1 : Holy City, Holy Grail
An investigation into the true fate of the Knights Templar begins in Jerusalem, where tunnels and a safe house may have been used to move holy relics to safety during the fall of the city.
Episode 2 : Last Stand in the Holy Land
In Acre, Israel, the team goes underground to investigate the purpose of the Templars' tunnel system, theorizing they may have contemplated a covert landing in sea caves.
Episode 3 : Surviving the End
Armed with insight into two centuries of Templar survival strategies and battle tactics, the team turns their attention to the Templars moment of reckoning: the fall of the order in 1307; they find evidence of a Templar smuggling operation.
Episode 4 : Land of Secrets
Seven years after the alleged end of the Templars, signs the knights were rising again appear in Portugal.
