9/11: The Falling Man, a 2006 9/11 documentary film about the famous image of a man falling from The World Trade Center North Tower on September 11th, 2001 narrated by Steven Mackintosh.
This disturbing photograph was captured by associated press photographer Richard Drew as an unidentified man jumped to his death after being trapped in the burning North Tower as it burned from the impact of American Airlines Flight 11 flown by terrorists. It captures the horror of that day and was one in a series of images which gives the impression that he was falling directly down but he was in fact tumbling. This particular image was chosen by newspapers over all the others because of that.
More than 200 people are believed to have jumped to their deaths on 9/11 to avoid burning to death. How many more people remained in the buildings remains unknown.
