Why We Fight, a 2005 historical war documentary by Eugene Jarecki about the US military-industrial complex, and western foreign policies over the last 50 years.
The title of the film refers to a series of seven propaganda movies made by the United States during World War 2 with the same title. They were designed to win the minds of people by convincing them sending in soldiers was justified. Decade after decade the same propaganda pieces have been shown the American people and the west alike supposedly in order to win their confidence.
Though today this seems more like a more reasonable scenario: These are the facts that we are 100% sure about (Iraq) and this is what is going to happen. Whether most of the population supports compassionately bombing the hell out of countries in order to "save the people" or not.
