What the Health is a 2007 food & health documentary co-directed by Kip Andersen and Keegan Kuhn which aims to expose negative health impact of dairy and meat products.

The film is a follow-up to the incredibly successful 2014 documentary "Cowspiracy" which focused on the sustainability of meat products. Describing itself as "The Health Film That Health Organizations Don't Want You To See" What the Health interviews a number of professionals with weighted opinions and other individuals, painting a picture of big business and government that is "keeping us all sick" through corruption and collusion.

While the documentary is well thought-out, put-together and eye-opening for those concerned about their wellbeing, it has not come without criticism. Many people including scientific sceptics have said it has misrepresented some facts in the form of cherry-picking data.

No matter what, this documentary is designed to make you think twice about what you eat and how often, especially processed food which is a constant theme throughout. The idea that big corporations wouldn't care if you ended up getting diabetes as the result of a poor diet seems like a pretty solid notion; we have watched this in documentaries such as "Sugar Coated". Large food companies have lobbied to keep their unhealthy food on our shelves for decades despite a number of movements trying to stop them.
