Tokyo Girls is a documentary film directed by Canadian filmmaker Penelope Buitenhuis about four Canadian women who work as well-paid hostesses in exclusive Japanese nightclubs.
The film shows the lavish lifestyle these women live in a city that is worlds away from the west. Tokyo Girls was filmed on location in Canda, Osaka and Tokyo and provides a unique insight into a world you have most likely never heard of.
