Giselle Loren Lazzarato is transsexual and was born Gregory Allan. She gained a huge following on social media as she documented her transition from male to female, becoming an inspiration for millions around the world. While Gigi is successful and happy the journey has been tough, not only for her but her family which we see through interviews with Gigi's parents in "This Is Everything".
While Gigi's dad found it difficult to accept that the Gregory he brought up and loved was no more, he realised that ultimately what matters is that his child is happy as he reveals in an extremely personal interview.
