The Making of 'Jurassic Park': In this documentary, we take a look at how the 1993 film “Jurassic Park” was made in the three stages of movie making, pre-production, production and post-production.
A significant amount of time is spent looking at how Go-motion was rejected by Speilberg for not looking smooth enough, being replaced by CGI which still looks fresh 25 years after the movie was released.
One learns the reasons why the dinosaurs look so realistic, through blending CGI with animatronics and stop-motion experts working closely with computer graphic designers and palaeontologists.
Also featured is a behind the scenes look at the impressively elaborate sets made on-site in Hawaii and how some of the ideas behind the most iconic scenes were spawned.
