The Crucible: 21 Years in the Frame is a three-part 1997 documentary which celebrated 21 years of the annual World Snooker Championship being held at The Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. The venue is to snooker fans what Ascot is to horse racing and Wembley is to English football. The series includes contributions from the sports biggest stars including but not excluding Stephen Hendry, Steve Davies, Dennis Taylor, John Parrott, and Jimmy White.
Each of the three episodes is half an hour long and covers a different time period, navigate the three parts using the numbered tabs below the video player or via the episode list below. A similar documentary was broadcast to celebrate 40 years of snooker at the venue (see: The Crucible: 40 Golden Snooker Years).
