NASA: Triumph and Tragedy, a two-part documentary series hosted by Alisdair Simpson made in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first Moon landing.
The film features recent interviews with many of the most well known Apollo astronauts including Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong and hours of archive footage to tell the story of landing on the Moon. With such an enormous and dangerous task the margin between tremendous success and catastrophic failure was tiny, but a team of more than 100,000 people helped NASA achieve the most amazing accomplishment in the history of human exploration.
