The "Fred & Rosemary West: The House of Horrors" documentary examines the terrible murders which took place during the late 1960's until the late 1980's at the hands of Fred & Rosemary West.
It is believed that this British serial killer couple murdered at least 12 young women at their home addresses of 25 Midland Road and 25 Cromwell Street, Stoke-on-Trent for their own sexual gratification. Known infamously as "the house of horrors", young females were abducted, taken there and brutally raped, tortured and killed. These were some of the most heinous crimes ever committed on UK soil which this 2006 Fred West documentary narrated by Tom Pigott-Smith examines.
On February 23rd, 1994 Glocester Police obtained a search warrant for the couple's property, suspecting they were involved in many murders. Upon excavating the garden, police found a gruesome discovery; many jumbled up human bones. After a trial, both Fred & Rosemary West were handed multiple life sentences and would most likely never receive parole.
