Expedition Unknown Series 4 follows the explorer Josh Gates as he sets out on a mission to find answers to some of the worlds most famous mysteries and legends. Josh has been the host for a number of documentaries but Expedition Unknown is what he is most renowned for.
Episode 1 - Viking Secrets
Josh investigates how a group of Norse tribesman gained power in medieval Europe. His search for answers begins in their one-time home base of Denmark and continues on to the first place they expanded off the continent, the remote island of Iceland.
