Child of Rage is a 1992 documentary narrated by Larry Pierce which centres around a six-year-old girl, Beth Thomas who is suffering from severe mental health problems as the result of being sexually abused.

In a shockingly candid interview, she explains how she would like to kill her parents and that they had to lock her in her room at night so she would not stab them to death. She also admits to killing a nest of birds, sexually abusing her younger brother and torturing the family dog.

Beth was sexually abused y her biological father until she was nineteen months old when her mother died, leaving both children in foster care. The documentary “Child of Rage” follows how psychiatrists were trying to help Beth develop a sense of empathy and overcome her psychopathy. After extreme measures, eventually, the treatment began to work.

Interestingly Beth Thomas reportedly now works as a child therapist.
