Born Rich, a 2003 documentary by heir to the Johnson & Johnson empire Jamie Johnson who explores experiences of growing up in wealthy families.
Recorded between 1999 and 2001, the film features interviews with many young heirs including, Georgina Bloomberg Ivanka Trump who talk about being born into ultra-wealth. It shows that being an heir often comes with taboo and secrecy, despite this, those featured provide very candid insights into their lives so we can see how "the other half" live.
As you can imagine "Born Rich" received heavy criticism for taking an empathetic standpoint to the superwealthy. Overall it has received a very positive reception for originality even though it ironically comes off with low-budget-looking production values.
