This new 2018 documentary series hosted by British art historian Andrew Graham-Dixon tells the story of the Royal Art Collection. Thi collection is one of the largest in the world and contains some of the most important artworks in existence, built up over the course of 500 years.
In the documentary, Andrew showcases some of the collections most spectacular and famous pieces as well as revealing to the audience works that have largely been forgotten about. All-in-all the film demonstrates the passion and the power of the British aristocracy over the centuries from Charles 2nd to King George 3rd among many other monarchs and historical events.
