A documentary presented by Jeremy Clarkson which closely focuses on how Major Cain won what was considered the “finest Victoria cross of the whole war”. The Victoria Cross: For Valour explores Major Cains’ story at the Battle of Arnhem and also looks into how other people won the highest military decoration in service for the Commonwealth countries, which has only been awarded to a handful of people since it was first introduced in 1856.
