A documentary about the making of “The Revenant”. The 2015 Adventure drama film The Revenant follows the story of legendary frontiersman Hugh Glass (Leonardo DiCaprio) on a fur trading mission in the early 1820’s. A bear attack leaves him almost dead but Glass uses his survival skills to stay alive despite all of the forthcoming challenges that face him.
To bringing this epic vision of brutality onto the screen was no easy task as we discover in the documentary “A World Unseen: The Revenant”. Director Alejandro Inarritu explains just what challenges were overcome from writing the story to filming in some of the worlds most remote locations.
